:smile: So I'm new to this site! But I'm already loving it! Someone I know gave me the web address because it's helped her loose a good amount of weight! So I started trying to loose weight at the end of Jan., it's been two months and I'm down 8.5lbs and at least 5 inches over all. I'm hoping this website will help me keep up all that I eat! And I DO love to eat! I work out 3-4 times a week, and when I do cardio I can see how many calories I'm burning. Here's my question... How many calories do I burn when I'm doing resistance training and my ab workout? Can anyone answer that for me? I won't really know how to add up my calories burned without knowing that.

    You can look up strength training under the Cardiovascular section and log the number of minutes you work out...hope this helps!
