Just started my third week of StrongLifts 5x5. I successfully squatted my entire body weight at this morning's session. I can't wait to see what the results will be at the end of week 10!0

I like the treadmill. I like what its doing for me. So....no. Not all the time.0

My Zumba class last semester had weight lifting in it and I just loved it!
sadly the one i'm taking this semester does not0 -
I am trying it, I have a friend who has a great body and she lifts.0

Lifting is definitely in my future... never lifted as exercise before but previously had a very physically active job, and used to be able to lift full beer kegs above shoulder height. Now I'm a pansy. Back to lifting! (made my boobs perkier, too...)0

I love ol' treadmill, but if i had access to weights, I'd probably try them out.0
