Burning Calories

What do you think?
Today my back was bothering me . I still got in 2 hours working in my yard but took breaks to rest my back. Would it still be the same calories burned since I took so many breaks? 2 hours took about 4-5 hours with breaks.

Just guesstimate how long you spent breaking and subtract that from the overall time. Yard work can mean lots of different things so I imagine the calories burned won't be exact anyway.
