IIFYM

Hello everyone, Names Mali I wanna start changing into a more IIFYM kind of style, problem is though I'm a bit confused what my macro goals should be for my lifestyle? Anyone care to help out/
Fitness wise I do 4 intense workouts every week, wednesday being high intensity plyometrics and circuits
to get into shape for track, I am a sprinter who wants to gain strength and get quicker
I am 5'3ish and 110lbs at the moment, I want to burn off some of the fat than maintain my body weight.
