ok so Im takin my son skating 2moro...I love to skate and have since i was a lil over a yr old! so when I skate, I skate...usually at a good speed without many stops....well except to dodge the lil kids lol. I put in 2 hrs under the exercise calculator and it spit out over 1900 cals burned!! Is this right?? WOW I hope so cause my son had baseball tryout 2day and I didnt make it to the gym.

did you input it as roller skating or roller blading? I have had a problem with that bc I rollerblade and there is a significant difference between the two in the exercise log and I never know which on e to put0

I usually put in 400 calories for each hour of continuous skating I do...at a pretty good clip, with my heart rate up. So for your adventure today I'd put in about 800 calories.0
