amazing salad!

just made an amazing salad! was so delicious.

Used..

Romaine Lettuce
Grilled Chicken Strips
Shredded Carrots
Grapes (cut in half)
Small bits of raw Apples
Shredded Cabbage
Lite Italian Dressing

    OOOH that does sound good.. I will skip the chicken because I'm a vegetarian but the rest sounds great.. YUM :happy:

    I really like Kraft Light Raspberry Vinaigrette (reduced fat) Dressing. 2 Tablespoons = 50 calories with 3.5 g fat.

    I've made one similar before. Mine didn't have shredded cabbage, that sounds great! But mine did have walnuts, that went great with the fruit in it! YUM! I loved it! :love:

    I made a delish one tonight:

    1/3 cup craisins
    1 morning star bbq riblet
    baby spinich
    kraft light balsamic vinagierette dressing

    Ohhhh Yes - that dressing is DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! It is like dessert :)
