Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism

I have Jillian Michaels BFBM and want to do a workout this weekend, but am wondering how to log this. It has 7 circuits, but is mostly cardio. An amazon description:

Just figure out how many calories it burns and log it as cardio, would be my suggestion.

Sometimes ballpark just has to do.

There are several entries in the database for "Aerobics"; I'd probably pick one of those. Just be aware that they probably are over estimating the calorie burn, so be careful if you plan to eat all those calories back. You might want to invest in a Heart Rate Monitor as the calorie burn will be a bit closer.

I personally get tired after 5th circuit, I really can0t even move my feet any more, nor breathe.
    So I begin cooldown.

I searched google and a blog post of Jillian Michael's said that the average user burned 420 calories.

I looooove this workout. I think I burned around 360 calories in the 55 minute workout. Log it as cardio/aerobic activity.

bet once you do it all the time the amount burned goes down a bit, at least that is what happened when i did the 30 day shred.I wore my heart rate monitor through the whole thing including warm up and burned 529 calories in 56 minutes.

Although looking at other responses, I hope my monitor isn't off. How do you know if your HR monitor is accurate? By the way I am 5 foot 9 and 150 pound if that matters. Oh, and sometimes I added weights, like for the punches.
