So I'm no where near done but just wanted to say thank you to helloitsdan for the in place of a road map thread!
I started this journey on 8th Feb and in 4 weeks in I've lost 9lb.
I'm 5ft4 started off as 170 now I'm 161.
I'm consuming 1600-1700 calories a day and exercising 2-3 times a week. My exercise is already included in my intake so no need to eat cals back.
Easy to follow and it works!!

That's great to hear - I started following it a week ago after eating such few calories - it was great to get a couple hundred extra calories to play with. It's good to hear of others losing following that plan -took me a while to get my head around eating more and still losing. My weigh in is later so fingers crossed. Keep up your good work.0
