Anyone recovered from a server injury & become strong??

Hey guys! I've recently been injured with bulging discs - just when I was at my strongest training wise and planning to improve my eating so I could loose the last of my fat. Have any of you been in a similar situation? So addicted to exercise and suddenly been struck down with an injury and have to struggle with the torture of immobility?? I'm finding it so difficult to wait while my carefully built muscles slowly leave me and are replaced by a jiggle. Can I hear some success stories from people who have recovered from something similar and gone into running and become strong again? How long did you wait - how did you do it - the waiting and the rebuild of your strong body?

Thank you for that post!! That video makes me cry every time! Really puts things in perspective, hey?? The human body can do amazing things. I will be patient and then I will train and get back to where I was . I honestly shouldn't complain after seeing something as inspirational as that! Thanks for the support!0
