keeping it healthy

So I am doing the Body by Vi 90 day challenge along with eating 1200 calories or less a day, Although i am lucky to eat 600.I have lost 8 pounds in 13 days...How to you keep the weight loss healthy and not obsess over it? I dont want to become a healthy weight and keep obsessing and then becoming too skinny or forming eating disorders?
