Hypoglycemia drink

I will be trying this drink recipe this weekend.

Hypoglycemia drink:

1 cup almond or soy milk
1 cup yogurt or 1/2 cup low sugar fruit juice
1 Tbsp brewer's yeast
1 Tbsp sesame, flax or chia seeds
1 Tbsp licorice powder
1 Tbsp Spirulina.

Combine and blend.
