Hello everyone!

Hi there!
I'm a 19-year old girl from Holland and 'm a first year college student majoring in Japanese.
Anyway, I want to lose weight since I've been overweight for as long as I can remember and I want to become much healthier.
Right now I weigh 229 lbs (104kg) and I am 5'7 inches (172 cm) but I want to reach 154 lbs (70kg). I know it will take some time, but in the end if will be worth everything. I dance 6 hours a week, so if I keep on doing that and watch my calories, I'm sure it will make a difference ;)
