Zumba

I am doing Zumba 3 times a week and strength training 2 days a week. I have been on a 1200 calorie diet and have only lost 1 lb in a month. My daughter told me to up my calories to 1500. Hopefully I will have a better month! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
