I'm new to this program but not new to fitness tracking. I started out as a skinny kid who couldn't gain weight and now, at 55, my BMI is at the upper end of normal.
I have trained at body building, martial arts, running, and bicycling as well as trained (off-and-on) in a gym to try to get the body I wanted and never quite getting there. Now, the gym is in the backseat as road bicycling takes hold along with the intent to run a few 5Ks this year for the sake of my ego.
I don't really have a weight loss goal and track my exercise through a spreadsheet with data from my heart rate monitor and cycling computer. I'm hoping this program (on my new iPhone) will help round out my fitness program.
