I've worked out consistently 5x a week for the past three weeks, even when I didn't feel like it! This may the first time ever that this has happened without any outside influence, so that's a success in my book. And I'm using it to keep me pushing, since I haven't lost an ounce :grumble:

That's a great NSV. I've been at a plateau for months now but I see all the things that have become part of my daily routine that I would have had to consciously think about before (go to the gym, walk instead of take the car, eat this not that) and its a great feeling. Good for you!0
