I just started a new job (wooohoooo!!!!!) at a deli in a grocery store (bonus getting a discount on groceries!!!!) I'm on my feet most of the time but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for exercises I can do (covertly) while working. The only things I can really think of is squats and calf raises. Any other ideas out there?
