Been trying to lose weight for years now. I lost 2st about 6yrs ago doing Slimming World, then we moved and I put it all back on and a couple of extra stones. So I'm now 4st overweight 
Just found this site and it seems really good. I'm really going to have to seriously lose this weight now as it's affecting my health. Hope to speak to you all soon.
