Total Daily calorie intake Advice please

Hi,my names Phil would like some advice re daily in take of foods etc.I have now been on a controlled calorie intake for 18 days.I go running every other day,mainly 3.5m averaging 13m total a week Burning apprx 1800cals a week. .Just done some maths on my food diary to date,as the last few days felt a bit yuck!!!. Avererage cal per day= 1609 carb=189g fat(all good stuff) 158g protein =84g fibre 20g sugar 82g. IS THIS ENOUGH??

I am 5"11" 15st 7lbs hoping to reach target of 13st by July,at the start of programme weighed 16st.

FOODS; chicken fish fruits sweet pots porridge eggs baked beans fresh orange juice peas almonds brazils bananas .Avoiding all proccessed foods/white sugars/sat fats,any input would be welcome many thanks Phil :-)
