Can You Calculate Intakes for Me Please???

Hey, I was hoping that someone who really knows what they're really doing can help do calculations for me. How many cals should I be eating on a weightlifting day, a cardio day and a no exercise day??? Here are my stats:

Female
31 years old
5'9"
148lbs
Stay at home mom with lots of housework to do everyday, also lots of time to watch TV and sit on floor too though.
Lifting heavy weights 2-3 times per week 30-45min workouts. (50lb deadlifts, 25lb squats, no weight lunges) & universal gym set is set at approx 50lbs for legs, chest and back & triceps i use 25lb dumbell.
Cardio 2-3 times per week burning approx 300cals each time.

I really want to look fit. I have excess fat on belly from pregnancy and csection. Thighs also have extra fat. Prepreg I was 139lbs but people said I looked to skinny so I wanna try something different and get strong fit. So not too worried about what the scales says, just want reflection in mirror to be slammin!
