Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No - first time in 3 weeks - went over 41 calories

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't go way over on calories w/out exercise

What would I have done differently? Go for a walk

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go for a walk

exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - 0/7 days of exercise (last week 6/7 days) Everyday except Sat... Woohoo!

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Not at all. Went out to dinner. Oh my goodness, there were so many courses it felt like a food education! :tongue:

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Nope, didn't get to the elliptical

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? actually logged the big dinner and was able to anylyze what I could have done to make the day almost with-in limits

    What would I have done differently? Should have skipped the bread. If I had done that and exercised I would have pretty close to my calorie limit. I hated logging that dinner :grumble:

    What is today's personal goals? To enjoy family and not go over board

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories - daughter has strep throat... no gym today. Might do some stretching later...

    What would I have done differently? Not go over my calories - couldn't get to yoga - too much flooding

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and I've already done 60 minutes on the elliptical...Ah... felt so good to get back to the Y :)

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? hadn't set any

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? planted flowers - it is beautiful out!

    What would I have done differently? Cut back on snacks and skipped the snacks at Bible study!

    What is today's personal goals? Clean this house! I already did the elliptical!

  • Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I think so. My computer has not been working & hubby took laptop out of town. But I have a calorie counting app on my android phone, so according to that...Yes.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes. I have been trying to eat "clean" gradually, so for right now I am cutting out sugar and I made it yesterday with no sugar!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Tracked my food on my phone since my computer was on the blitz. And went for a walk, it was awesome outside!

    What would I have done differently? Nothing, I am pretty proud of yesterday.

    What is today's personal goals? More of the same, stay w/in my calories, eat clean, drink my water.

    What would I have done differently? Slept! Got only 1 hour! - Fortunately this is a rarity for me!

    What is today's personal goals? lots of Easter prep, 35 here for Easter, Anywhere from 4 to 6 overnight guests!

    What would I have done differently? only 1 instead of 2 glasses of wine, then I would have stayed within my calories :angry:
