What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't go way over on calories w/out exercise
What would I have done differently? Go for a walk
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go for a walk

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Not at all. Went out to dinner. Oh my goodness, there were so many courses it felt like a food education!
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Nope, didn't get to the elliptical
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? actually logged the big dinner and was able to anylyze what I could have done to make the day almost with-in limits
What would I have done differently? Should have skipped the bread. If I had done that and exercised I would have pretty close to my calorie limit. I hated logging that dinner :grumble:
What is today's personal goals? To enjoy family and not go over board

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I think so. My computer has not been working & hubby took laptop out of town. But I have a calorie counting app on my android phone, so according to that...Yes.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes. I have been trying to eat "clean" gradually, so for right now I am cutting out sugar and I made it yesterday with no sugar!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Tracked my food on my phone since my computer was on the blitz. And went for a walk, it was awesome outside!
What would I have done differently? Nothing, I am pretty proud of yesterday.
What is today's personal goals? More of the same, stay w/in my calories, eat clean, drink my water.
