The scale has not moved this week at all. I am 5 weeks out. My 4 weeks had a total weight loss of 22 lbs, which I am happy with, don't get me wrong. I have stepped up my exercising. Is it because I am exercising so late at night and drinking water (like 1 1/2 bottles)? I don't know if one tends to hold liquid in their body after working out (45 to 1 hr) and then also drinking the water. I then will go to bed maybe and hr or so later. Does it stay with you when you weigh yourself in the morning even after you go a little in the bathroom? Also, although its not that many calories, I am not putting down the calories from some of the supplents I am taking, specifically the calcium citrate/Vitamin D that we have to take. You are talking may 50 calories but my general calories daily are between 500-650, so that really shouldn't make a difference. I had the gastric sleeve. Am I doing something wrong or is there something I should be doing better? Help.

Did your doctor give the approval to extercise so much before you have an increase in calories? I think you might be doing too much too soon.

I am not sure if I am doing too much. Its only walking on treadmill, and I am going longer and a little faster. He said as long as I am comfortable with, but no weights or anything like that till about 2 or 3 months out. Thanks though, I will put it on the message board at the place where I had the surgery. They have a support group and a website with moderators like nutritionists, physcologists, dietitians, and exercise specialists that are on and off throughout the week. Thanks
