The Office (GYM) is opn at 7am and 3 others plus myself are usually waiting for the doors to open. Who else is the same? Getting back in shape, kickin *kitten* in the gym, feeling better, getting stronger and finally weigh myself, in three days. Last weighin was Feb 23 @ 265lbs dressed, from 285lbs dressed starting weight. Think low 240lbs, but would freak on 235lbs. Was a military personal trainer/ nutrisionst as a passion other than my main trade, so I design all my own meals, training routines and schedules. This site is a bonus for me and when I was channel surfing one evening, I stummbled upon reality show "Biggest Loser" and "Celeb Weight Lose". Watch these 2 shows for training ideas and positive motivation, so I can acheive my personal fitness/ weight lose goal, any assists is better than none, it is a mind set people for life!
