I'm eating around 1300 calories a day. According to TDEE and BMR and all that other stuff, I "should" be eating more. However, I am losing weight and inches steadily, and I am NOT hungry.0

January 14, 2013 officially. I was at 139. I now weigh 135. I've lost about an inch around my waist and almost 3 inches around my belly. I exercise and eat back those calories most days.0

Does that mean that when you eat 1,300 calories, and exercise, you eat more and wind up eating more that 1.3k?
Or do you mean 1,300 is what you eat regardless.0
