What more should I eat?

Take a look at my diary I have a lot of food in their but my calorie intake is still so low I don't know what to add since I don't get hungry it's enough food for me but my intake is low and I don't want to go into starvation mode and I really don't want to give in and eat something bad even though I'm craving to make an ice cream sandwich Inbetween two waffles ohhh so good so tempting but anyway what healthy things should I add?
