I'm back..realized I need to track my habits

Well...26 days till the 1/2 marathon!!! The training is getting tough..got an 8mile run to do today...and it's suppose to rain! Well it's nice to be back..I needed the break but it made me realize that I need something to hold me more accountable..so I'm back...not gonna get so caught up in the perfection or the amount of loss/gain, etc. this time..or I'm gonna try not to. I also took the advice I was given on here about seeing an Endocronologists and she thinks there is something going on as to why I'm not losing weight quicker with all the training and changes I have made..Got to do a 2hr glucose tolerance test and have my cortizone levels checked at the lab hopefully I can get those appts set next week.. So I've increased my daily intake some...we'll see how it works this time around..It was nice to be able to print out my food diary and have the Doc take a look at it and it's nice cause now I can refer back to it, etc..anyway..I'm glad to be back Rhonda
