Head ach's???

After doing a heavy session of cardio, like 30 mins of HIIT on the stair climber or treadmill I feel kinda head achy the rest of the day. Does anyone else know why this would be or have you experienced this??

    My guess would be that either you are dehydrated, waiting to long to eat prior to working out or your protein isn't high enough. I seem to have lots of headaches & tend to get migraines if I don't watch my diet & hydration needs. Hope that helps. I always get hunger headaches but don't like to eat right before an intense workout so I have to plan ahead of time. Usually a greek yogurt, or handful of peanuts or a little protein shake/bar (1/2 c -or 1/2 bar) will prevent this from happening.
