Kind of New to myfitnesspal

I'm a stay at home Mom, who homeschools our 3rd grader and 4 yr old. My boys are very active and although I can sort of keep up with them, I need to be more physically fit. I want to live longer, Lord willing and not worry about my weight as much as I currently do.

I joined MFP because it seems the simplest way for me to get my weight under control. I have been on a couple of different diets but they were the "eat the same thing every day" diet or "calculate and then count your points". I needed something where I wasn't making a separate meal for family and one for myself. This is a change of life for me and it's funneled down to my family allowing us all to eat healthier and be more fit.

I am looking for more folks to join my community to give and receive encouragement!

    I don't cook separate meals. I never have in any of my weight loss journeys. When I'm eating healthy so is everyone else. Feel free to friend me if you wish.
