Help with diet please

So lately I have been really strict on my diet. Eating special k drinks and bars for meals but lately I have been loosening up but only on the weekends. Will my weight be okay if i eat a little less healthy foods just on the weekends but I still go to the gym? I'm just curious because I have always struggled with my weight ever since I was 10 or so and I really want to shed 25-30 pounds by May because I am going on a lake trip and I want to look good! :P Thanks

    Special K is not as healthy as real food. Eat lean meats, grains, dairy, fruits and veggies and you will do your body good.

    Starving yourself for 3 months will get you a few pounds lost and lots of frustration. Nowhere near 25 to 30. Sorry.

    You could probably lose 12 to 15 with a really good diet and intense exercise. A personal trainer could help a lot with that.
