How do you split up your strength training? What muscle groups do you workout together and on what days?

I was thinking of doing this to get quicker results...

Mon- upper, abs & cardio
Tue- lower, abs & cardio
Wed- abs & cardio
Thur- upper, abs & cardio
Fri- lower, abs & cardio
