With so many chicken recipes...(and I can eat chicken till the cows come home) , but who's got a bunch of recipes for side dishes or low-cal starches? I hope you all can feel free to add.....

What about veggies? Take everything that you have (peppers, mushrooms, zuccini, tomatoes, broccoli, onion, garlic, etc, etc). It does not metter what you have. Cut in a big pices. Put to the oven dish. Salt, pepper, lemon juce. I put rings of lemon on the top. 25 minutes on 350F, no cover. You can spring olive oil iat the top f you can afford it fro calories point of view.0

1 of our favs in this house is broccoli.
WE buy huge bags of frozen broccoli.
Completely fill a microwave-safe bowl w frozen broccoli and cover in saran wrap. microwave for 5-10 mins based on your microwave and desired level of crispness,
depending on what we are having i will top it w either spray butter, teriyaki, or soy sauce.
fast, convenient, low cal, whole family loves it = WIN
frozen green beans boiled in beef broth for 10 mins is another fav0 -
how about a side salad or baked potatoe??0
