Addicted to sugar?

For some reason i can't stop eating food with sugar! No matter if it is healthy or not. I'm always over on my sugar intake, which is probably why I'm not losing weight. Every time i finish eating i always get an upset stomach. I think i might be because I'm eating to fast or something. I was doing so well before i got my period but then during and afterwards it's like i have to have what i want when i want it! Ugh. I need to get into my "almost healthy" lifestyle again. Any advice or tips that could help me?

    I would look up candida. Sounds like your "bad guys" in your gut are outnumbering the "good guys". Can be helped by either doing some sort of candida cleanse. I had this problem after I was put on antibiotics for lymes. Antibiotics wipe out the good guys in your gut which is why they are often taken with a probiotic. Anyway, all I wanted for about three weeks was cereal, crackers, bread etc. which is exactly what the bad guys feed on. I had to commit to increasing my intake of lacto fermented foods such as kim chi and saurkrat and plain yogurt. ok I am being really boring but if it is candida, you could get back in balance in a few weeks. I would also try eating lots more protein.
