Help!!! Your sugestions please!!

I have an embarasing problem! I am eating every 2 hrs. Being said that I am trying to eat apples, canteloup, mini rice snacks. It is really becoming a problem with me. Even when I am not eating I have a cough drop in my mouth. It seems like I always have to have something in my mouth !!! I know this is terrible but it is becoming a problem. And it seems like I am really starving. I know it must be mental..Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Just try to replace the food items with drink items that are non calorie items, like coca cola zero that is non calorie or Water with Mio Flavoring stuff that will actually help you out but still will work with the need to have a snack.
