At my annual check-up, found out all of my blood work is perfect and within the realm of "normal." Several things were "out of whack" last year, so this is great news.
Also, I received several compliments from other parents at the school science fair (first time they'd seen me without a winter coat on in a few months). Nice to know my progress is visible to others.
Third, I bought some "aspirational" clothing in a recent online sale (a size smaller) thinking I'll be motivated to lose to get to wear the new clothes...and they fit!
