I have been juicing, but now Ive started this site, and I have found nutrition facts (carbs, fats, calories) for other items that are not on the food list, but dont know how to find this info for my own home-made juice, the extract from fruits and veggies I put in the juicer. I typically do a few carrots, a few apples, few beets, some blueberries, and a couple small chunks of ginger root (and then put leftovers in frige for next day).... how would I compile the nutrition facts for this drink??

All you lose from juicing is the fiber (which you need to eat by the way) so the calories and nutrition should be the same as eating the whole fruit.0
