Any real food/low-carbers out there?

I'm attempting to keep my carb total around 50g per day. Sometimes I'm over, sometimes I'm under, but I'm on day 6 of my low-carb diet now, and I'm doing fairly well. We're getting a lot of veggies from our garden too, so it helps with the healthy meal factor. Free range eggs, good meat, either free range livestock or wild game, plenty of good fish, real butter or rendered fat for cooking.
Since moving to Tasmania, I've been on a real food adventure, trying to cut out all processed foods as much as possible. One thing about Weight Watchers that bugged me (after the fact, alas) is the ingredients lists on their snack products. Pretty disgusting. It's a shame I didn't read labels in high school when I was on it.
As it is, I think I'm eating better now than I was when I was living in the US.
If anyone is following this sort of diet philosophy, feel free to friend me, and we can do it together.
