Feeling full, but eating too few calories?

Most days I am right on with my calorie goal. I just had surgery on my foot so I'm sitting down a lot and changed my settings to "sedentary lifestyle" but my calorie goal (previously 1550) only went down to 1400. In the week since my surgery, I have been eating lots of raw fruits and vegetables like broccoli, oranges, and carrots, without dip...so I feel very full, but my calories at the end of the day have been between 1150 and 1400. I'm not purposely eating less to lose more weight, I'm just not doing any activities to make me hungry like I used to (walking a lot at work and going to the gym).
A message keeps coming up when I complete my food entry saying I'm eating too few calories and that it can be dangerous. Is it really that bad to not eat all 1400 calories just because the calories I am eating are very filling?

Can you swap out a few things to foods that are slightly more calorie dense? Or add in some dip and enjoy it while you can! LOL0

Definitely make sure you are eating your carbs and protein. You need to balance yourself out - eating from the 4 food groups to successfully maintain & lose weight.0
