....sharing my weight loss progress with strangers on the Internet is the way to go, lol

I need to lose weight fast. Yeah, I know, you loose fast you gain fast...well, not that fast (no pan intended).
I have a plan. One month to stick to the program, filling my blog daily should help to get me into routine and see the results fast so I will feel encouraged to keep going. Hence, fast. Like "yesterday" fast, lol.

Here is the plan:

4 small meals per day up to 300 calories per meal including whey calories (see below)
8 cups of water
two raw veggies and one scoop of whey protein before each meal
1 hour gym three times per week (cardio, cardio, cardio...well, somewhat. I am going with circuit training so kind of cardio+some muscle building....bleh, hate working out, lol)
fat burner before any two meals or before work out on the work out day.

I am starting with 67.5 kg. I am female, 34 y.o,, 162 cm and work office job.

Ok, strangers, tomorrow let's the fun begin!

ps, If the progress will look really good, I will share before and after pics by March 10 :)
