toning -> loss?

Okay so I'm not losing inches or lbs yet (grrrrr!!) but I can see where muscle is developing underneath - my abs are finally getting some of their definition again, my back is straighter and I'm sure my core is at least bit stronger... so obviously, there's good stuff going on here. AND there's also something comforting about seeing those numbers drop Anyone have any idea how long that transition might take?

Cals at 1200, primary work out is Shred (1), plus misc. others (stretching, walking, yard work, etc) and I've been going 4-6x a week.
