Made SUCH a great mug cake!

So after many instagram photos that made my mouth water, I decided to go ahead and pursue the frightful task of cooking (or microwaving). Let's get this straight I HATE preparing food more than anything but this mug cake was well worth it!

Ingredients I Used:
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (Trader Joes)
1 T unsweetened cocoa powder (Hersheys)
1 full egg
1 scoop chocolate coconut whey protein ( Optimum nutrition)
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 splenda
1 tsp of Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter (peanut butter &co) - I put half a teaspoon in the middle of the mug and the rest I used as a topping.
1 tsp shredded coconut - as a topping

IT WAS AMAZING, and so filling!
Totals came out to:
263 calories
10g carbs
12g Fat
32g Protein!!!

    Oh, wow! I used to make mug cakes with yogurt before I became lactose intolerant. I'd written them off all these years. It never occurred to me that I could make one with other ingredients... healthier ingredients! Thank you SO MUCH. You've saved my next PMS week.
