Hey peoples, I'm looking for some friends to help stay motivated and drop my weight from 167 to 150. I started playing in a tennis league, and watching what I ate, last fall, and I've dropped about 15 pounds so far. Now I've kicked up a notch by using the mfp app and I'm also on day 11 of the JM 30 day shred video. I'm really dedicated to eating healthy and exercising every day so I can lose these last 17 pounds and really firm up all my muscles. I'd love to have some like-minded friends to help me reach my goal. Thanks!
