HI! Starting Over.. Let's Shed This Winter Weight!!

Hi! I am a 28 year old mother of a two year old girl. Last summer I was fairly motivated to lose weight and was running, doing yoga, and working out on a regular basis. I was also tracking on MFP. Then I started a busy job and went back to finish my degree full-time and have packed on more than 15lbs! I can't believe it, I'm absolutely devastated I haven't weighed this much ever. EVER. My goal is to track daily, try to start working out again: running once a week and yoga once a week until I graduate ! I hope to lose at least 10lbs in the next 4mths. then another 10lbs over 6mths. Please friend me!

  • Hi Angela we got this 10 lbs over the next 4 months is no problem. I have been a member of MFP since 2011 and I have lost 175 lbs to date. I am here to help anytime you need some motivation feel free to shoot me a message.
