Heart rate concerns

Greetings! I'm just gonna cut to the chase. Should I be worried that on a 95 RPM, my heart rate is around 180-185? Or is that normal, and I'm just getting paranoid; I see the the heart rate index next to the gauge, and the highest heart rate reads 165. I'm not really big on riding bicycles. . .or doing cardio at all, I just get bored even if I feel panting, and sweat running down my head. I'm 18, 5'8 with a 26.7 BMI. Thank you!

Your maximum heart rate is 220-age and therefore would be 202. It is not recommended to be higher than 90% of your maximum heart rate for long periods. 202x.90=182. So it is alright that it was 180-185 but don't stay there too long.0
