HOME ALONE

Right today is the first day I am home alone in literally months but my flatmates have gone home for easter but I thought I would get done at uni then going home for easter. However, due to my nature, I want my flat mates to see a difference for the 4 weeks that I wont see them. My weight loss has been slow to say the least these few weeks but I wanted to know if anyone has some great cardio work outs to perhaps kick start my weight loss again as the last thing I want to do is fall off the wagon when I'm living by my own....plus do any of you guys have some good 400 and under cal meals that I cant test out?
