Low carb sweet tooth concoction!
I had an insatiable sweet tooth this evening... so I went into the kitchen and started throwing things together - and it turned out great! I thought I'd share!
Chocolate blueberry tart thingy:
Crust:
2 tbsp almond flour
1/2 pat butter, melted
cocoa powder (to your preference - used ~1/2 tbsp)
stevia to taste
Combine and press into a small glass dish; bake at 400 degrees until done (I think I baked mine about 5-8 minutes).
Filling:
1/4C blueberries (thawed)
1 egg white
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
cocoa powder (to your preference - again I used ~ 1/2 tbsp)
stevia to taste (I ended up using ~ 1/2 packet for the whole recipe)
Beat egg white and cocoa powder until well blended. In a separate bowl mix blueberries and chocolate chips. Pour blueberries/chocolate chips over crust and cover with chocolate egg white mixture. Bake at 350-400 until done.

Another yummy recipe I like is protein pancakes:
blend 2 eggs + 1 ripe banana. Add 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional) and some cinnamon. Serve with 1 tbsp peanut butter.
