Buying a Treadmill HELP!

Hey everyone I'm looking to buy a treadmill, I'm on a budget & was wondering if anyone can recommend any decent treadmills around the $600 range.. Or if they have any advice on what to look for. I'd primarily be using this treadmill for running/ jogging. I've been trying to get into running and know that I can't afford a gym, nor is it likely I will go outside to run. Especially in this wisconsin winter. The only way I know I'm actually going to commit to running is if I buy a treadmill..

This will be my first treadmill so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
