What did you have for breakfast???

I know weekends are slow around here, but I finally got myself back on track so I am posting to stay with my routine. Thanks for all the support:flowerforyou:

16 oz fat free cappuccino (2 TBL powder mix)
banana
1 slice 100% whole wheat bread
1 pan fried egg (cooked with pam)
4 slices of turkey bacon
5 sprays-I can't believe its not butter

    grilled chicken sandwich on reduced wheat. an orange and a cup of cup up bell peppers, and some cauliflower
  • Nothing yet. I usually do breakfast around eleven because my body is hardly interested in food first thing in the morning. Me and Dad will be doing a grocery run today. I'll probably grab something from the store deli. Their chili is awesome.

    Oatmeal is the only thing that fills me up, I eat it every day.
