I just hit the halfway mark of my self-imposed 12 week challenge as a part of my New Years' fitness resolution and i'm super proud of myself.

I'm down 6.4lbs and 17.3 inches!

How are you doing with yours?

Well done. I had made a few but I think too many in one go. I have decided no sweets this year or processed cakes and I'm sticking strong on those, but a few others have gone by the wayside.
My sugar consumption is still a tad high, but maybe I'll reduce it for (non religious Lent):ohwell:

After running my first 5k in Dec I made the new years resolution to run 10k this year. But since I completed the equivalent of 10k (6.3 miles) in mid Jan, I modified the goal a bit.

•Do an official 10k race this spring
•Be able to do 12k by June. Might do a race
•Do an official 15k race this fall

Awesome!!!! You are inspirational. I am doing my 4th 5k next month. I am trying to get my time below 40mins. That would be a big deal to me.

Good job! Not bad for me, I have completed 5 weeks, that's more than any attempts in the past 3 years. I love MFP, and some of the new science behind weightloss that I learned about here. I have lost about 8 lbs and that is a pace I can live with...

I'm still here - working hard at being healthy and trying to lose weight. 22 lbs down since Jan 4th. I'll take that!
