I am currently taking Nutrilite Women's Pack and I really like them, but am curious what others are taking? Do you like them why or why not?

I take Alive Multi for women and extra calcium/D (liquicaps) plus a B complex and chromium.
Extra C and echinacea when I feel under the weather, and Airborne when I really feel under the weather.
No complaints here.0 -
One a day minis - which means I have to take two. But I hate a big vitamin pill. They nauseate me.
I also take B12 when I think about it - and calcium with vitamin D. (but not every day).0 -
Women's multivitamin, vitamin d (Seattle lacks sun), borage/flax/fish oil blend, cal/mag/zinc blend, spirulina0
-
i just take a multi0

The ones I need based on my nutritional deficiencies.
B12- I'm a vegetarian (not a vegan) developed B12 deficiency after somewhere between 15-18 years
Vitamin D - winter in the northeast
Magnesium - cofactor for vitamin D absorption
Probiotic0 -
I take a multi (alternating between 3 different kinds since it's hard to find "the best" multi.
Maca powder (in my shakes)
Vitamin C (I get enough through my diet, but it only stays in the body for 3-4 hours, so during "flu season" I stock up a few times a day
Probiotics
B12 (once every month or two if I remember - it lasts in your body for years as it is)
I also take Olive Oil & Coconut oil now too. I think from the benefits, it can be classified as a vitamin or mineral0 -
vit c, vit d (dr prescribed), omega 3-6-9, super b complex, magnesium, and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA)0
-
Daily I take
- women's ultivitamin
- krill oil
- hair, skin and nails
I also use a tablespoon of a vitamin and mineral powder called Vital Greens every morning0 -
-Calcium w. Vit D+K-I'm very petite, don't drink milk, and osteoporosis runs in my family. I take the yummy chocolate chew ones
-Multivitamin w/ Iron
-Vit B-Complex w/ Vit C
-FiberChoice Prebiotic Fiber-gotta keep the belly happy! :laugh:0 -
None0

Probably too many, but I'm afraid to quit any of them because I'm so healthy!
CardioTabs (mostly fish oil type ingredients)- recommended by my doc after I threw away statins that gave me raging tendinitis. A multivitamin, fish oil tablets, calcium supplements, Vitamin D.0 -
I take calcium, cold liver oil and iron +vit C.
Mainly because I'm normally low on these.
When I've been drinking I often have a berocca (well cheap asda equivalent) before bed and first thing the next morning when I wake up (even if I don't get up - I just drink it and go back to sleep) - I swear it helps with the hangovers :laugh:0 -
B12 ,Vitamin D and Magnesium0

I take GNC Ultra Mega Women...I like ALIVE also, one Huperzine-A each morning. And a heaping teasppon of Metamucil0
-
None - I get enough of what I need from what I eat, fortunately0
-
Woman's multi, B-complex, C and D3.
ETA: I take the C complex because I have a 5 year old in school and I don't want to get sick.0 -
Generally none but occasionally Multibionta (multivitamin with probiotics and CoQ10) if I haven't been eating that well or feeling run-down.0
-
Most of the multi-vitamins make me sick to my stomach (even though I take them with food!), but I found that the gummy vitamins don't. So right now I'm taking the Viactiv Multi, Metamucil and sometimes a Super B Complex if I need a little extra boost in my day! I'll probably switch to a different gummy vitamin after I finish these though, just to switch it up.0

I take a multivitamin, an 'immunity booster' vitamin with vit c,d,and echinacea, and lastly I take Biotin for my hair/skin/nails.0

Trader Joe's Women's High Potency Vitamin & Mineral supplement. I like them because the complete serving is 5 tabs, so I can check my stats on MFP and see how many I need (if any) to hit my goals. I usually end up taking one or two, so the bottle of 150 is going to last me months--for a big ten bucks!0

Funny, I do the same thing with the same multi vitamin.0 -
Spring Valley women's pack - right now I love the convenience of having them all together in a little pack (too lazy to do it myself just yet)
Also drinking 1 scoop "Macro Greens" in the mornings.0 -
I take Centrum Multivitamin/Multimineral and Viactiv.0
-
I take the GNC womesn ultra mega and at first even with food the made me a little sick, now they seem to be ok.0
-
Opti-men.0
-
A multivitamin that doesn't contain iron (hard to find, but every time I've taken a multi with iron it makes me sick!), plus extra vitamin D because I'm low on that.0

Vitamin C and MSM0
