Insanity is Paying Off!!

I started the insanity workout just over 4 weeks ago and was previously following the weight watchers programme until i cancelled my subscription two weeks ago. I was becoming disheartened as the scales were showing as not losing any weight, however my clothes were feeling looser and knew myself i was beginning to tone up.

So anyways, the scales i was using were wrong and to my surprise have lost 8lbs and dropped 4% body fat so it really does work if you stick to it.

Into Month 2 and this is where it really kicks in! :)
