Shelley's Taco Meat with 1/2 lb gr. beef

Tonight I used my sister's recipe for taco meat, and we loved it! I hate regular taco seasoning....tasite is too harsh & there's too much sodium. (I swell up like a balloon). Here is the recipe.....enjoy! (You can find it in the food database under "Shelley's Taco Meat with 1/2 lb gr. beef". There is also recipes for using 1 lb of gr beef, and another recipe using gr turkey. All nutrition info is included)
Shelley's Taco Meat with 1.2 lb gr. beef
Saute meat, rinse and drain, set aside. Wipe out skillet
Saute onion, and set aside
Return meat & onion to pan
Add lime juice to meat, 1/2 can of Cream of Tomato soup, tiny bit chili powder,cumin. lemon pepper, dash of worcestershire sauce, cinnamon & nutmeg.....yes, cinnamom & nutmeg!
Add 1/4 C water to blend flavors
Simmer down until it isn't soupy
Put into taco shells or tortillas
Top with favorite cheese (I used Kraft 4 blend Mexican cheese, shredded)
Lay filled taco shells on cookie sheet, propping the first one on edge of sheet, then propping remaining tacos on each other. (Not straight upright, but keeps filling in and allows heat to circulate.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min
(Line the cookie sheet with foil for easy clean up)
